This notice explains what Unravel Digital collects when you use unraveldigital.io or write to us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Unravel Digital is a digital studio based in the Philippines. You can reach us at hello@unraveldigital.io with any question about this notice.
What we collect
When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve pages and protect the site. We also collect aggregated, cookieless analytics: page views, referrers, device type and country. No cookies are set for analytics and no cross-site tracking takes place.
How we use it
To answer your message, to scope and deliver work you ask for, to keep the site running and secure, and to understand which pages are read so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host the site and process analytics on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Email inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or engagement is active and as long as the law requires. Aggregated analytics contain no personal identifiers.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email hello@unraveldigital.io and we will respond.
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date above is updated. Material changes are noted on this page.
